Every year the six Japanese participants in the Programme visit Toyota Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>\u2019s<\/strong> facilities in Madrid, for the purpose of getting to know a Japanese company that has set up in this country.<\/p>\n

During the visit, they are given an introduction to the company and they analyse practical cases of its production system.<\/p>\n

The visit concludes with lunch with the group\u2019s instructors.<\/p>\n
