Every year the six Japanese participants in the Programme visit Toyota España’s facilities in Madrid, for the purpose of getting to know a Japanese company that has set up in this country.
During the visit, they are given an introduction to the company and they analyse practical cases of its production system.
The visit concludes with lunch with the group’s instructors.
